Jeevarani AngeliaFounder, Board Member, Academic Advisor
Masters of Commerce from University of Madras, MBA from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, India. Visiting Professor at the Faculty for Business Management and Management Accounting at the Regional Engineering College, Trichy.
Ms. Jeevarani Angelia taught at Meenakshi College for Women, India as an Assistant Professor of Commerce (1982-1984). She worked as a Senior Manager for Finance at a leading Refinery in India from 1984-1992. In 1986, she represented India at the ILO conference held in Thailand and had a best paper award. In Tokyo, she worked at the Indian Embassy, Tokyo in starting up Investment Consulting. Later, she became a Professor of Management Accounting for the Executive MBA program at Temple University, Tokyo (1999-2004). In 2020, she started the English Program at the Sekei Primary School and later in the same year, she started the Little Angels English Academy, which expanded into the Little Angels International School (LAIS) in 2007.
Dr. Sarath Chandar Rao SankuHead of School, Cambridge International Examiner
PhD in Engineering & Management from Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
Since 2003, Dr. Sanku has been working as a sole proprietor that provides business facilitation and management consultancy services to corporations which included Japan's leading Securities, Internet providers, Pharmaceutical, IT, Insurance, Human Skills Capital Assets, and Manufacturing organizations. He became the Head of School of LAIS and a Cambridge International examiner in 2014.
Reiichiro UnoBoard Chair
Master of Science in Instructional Systems from the Kumamoto University Graduate School, MBA from McGill University Management School, and a graduate from Keio University School of Economics. Board Member of Aoba-Japan International School, Executive Officer of Business Breakthrough Inc., and lecturer (part-time) for Graduate School of Instructional Systems at Kumamoto University. After joining the Bank of Tokyo (currently the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ), Mr. Uno became involved in investment projects both in Japan and across Asia. In 2009 he joined BBT to establish BBT University as a Director, and later from 2013 was involved with Aoba. He worked as a joint translator for the book Motivational Design for Learning and Performance: The ARCS Model Approach by John Keller (Kitaohji Publications), and co-authored Global ni Tsuyou Suru Inou Wo Kaika Suru (Business Breakthrough Publications).
Iwao ShibataBoard Member
Kyoto University (MEng), London School of Economics (MSc), Kellogg Graduate School of Management (MBA). After founding a consulting firm, he went on to establish an internet industry business called EveryD.com in 1998. He also served as Representative Director of Orange Life, Shunkoubou and other companies. Currently, he serves as a Representative Director at Business Breakthrough Inc. and as a professor at Business Breakthrough University as well as Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business. He is a Board Chair of Aoba-Japan International School and Aoba-Japan Bilingual Preschool.

School Bus
A school bus for kindergarten students operates between the LAIS and Mitaka Station and covers the areas including Kichijyoji, Nishi-Ogikubo, and Takaido,
We also have a school bus for elementary school students and above that operates between the LAIS and Minato Ward.
